Summit Performance Solutions was founded by Joseph Furando over a decade ago while pursuing a graduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Stevens Institute of Technology. These early academic influences and the importance of utilizing cutting edge technology are deeply engrained in our firm and reflected in our work. Our team of consultants has the right mix of experience gained from holding both internal leadership and external consulting roles, uniquely qualifying them as management consultants that can fully appreciate - first hand - present day corporate dynamics, issues and potential.
