Our Accomplishments

- Developed and operationalized competency models for professional services and Fortune 500 organizations to facilitate curriculum development, strategic staffing and compensation/incentive restructuring, resulting in significant gains in performance, increases in client/customer satisfaction, retention of critical talent and effective strategic and planning capabilities.

- Managed all Human Capital specific merger and acquisition related activities for an independent energy production/distribution/trading organization and an environmental engineering firm encompassing: human resource processes congruence audit, organizational risk assessment, key talent identification and retention strategy, key stakeholder management and human resources process re-engineering plan

- Led change management/organizational readiness team in support of global $75 million dollar SAP HR solution implementation for a large multinational pharmaceutical company. Resultant tools and processes allowed for the smooth transition of the organization to self- service HR transactions, effectively reducing resource demands (HR headcount) and long- term costs.

- Built and deployed several survey research and assessment tools including: employee opinion/engagement, leadership/partner opinion and multi-rater assessments to facilitate greater understanding of employee, leader and cultural dynamics and the creation of several high impact employer-of-choice programs

- Designed, developed and managed $700,000 telecommunications employee re-skilling program complete with, instructor led and computer based training and pre-post assessments that showed significant gains in learning, capabilities and job performance.

- Conducted redesign study of automated prescription fulfillment process resulting in dramatically reduced waste and time to process, with no impact (negative) on order accuracy/safety.

- Planned and executed several balanced scorecard programs, complete with KPI (key performance indicators) identification, the development of a data collection methodology and implementation of a technology-based dashboard solution to gather, maintain and disseminate richer and more relevant organizational performance information and facilitate better informed decision making, strategy development and planning.

- Built and deployed leadership assessment tool for key talent at several Fortune 500 companies, allowing for targeted learning and development activities, career paths and succession plans, designed to drive future performance and meet new organizational business objectives.

- Recruited/selected, coached and/or mentored talent (through C level executive) across a variety of industries, including legal, engineering, pharmaceuticals, accounting, consulting, etc., using standardized assessment tools and a modified psychotherapeutic approach.

- Facilitated several large multi-million dollar land deals in NJ.
