As residential consultants, SPS has facilitated residential development and been involved in property management in various aspects including senior housing, as consultants, and as senior management in charge of residential acquisition and strategic planning.

As consultants, SPS has provided project feasibility and due diligence support for residential for-sale build-outs, as well as for rental apartments and homes.

SPS has also worked in support of residential projects, carrying out duties including detailed market analysis and builder product development. The firm has worked in direct support of ongoing build-out of residential communities, providing financial analysis to the planning and design team, as well as builder residual analysis and takedown scheduling. We guide our clients through design development, drafting of construction drawings, preparation and analysis of contract documents, 
construction administration and installation and advise them in other parts of the process when necessary.
